Delivery Times
We always aim to deliver your order within 2-5 working days after we have confirmed your order, depending on the delivery method you choose. At elghazi.buzz, we offer you:
Free Standard Shipping on Orders over £50 (2-5 Working Days, Tracking 48h)
Standard delivery is free for every order over £50; for orders with a value below £50, the delivery fee is £4.
Express Delivery (1-3 Working Days, Tracking 24h) - £6.50
To be able to receive your order with our express option, you need to place your order before 2 pm on weekdays (Monday-Friday). Orders placed on weekends (Saturday & Sunday) will be processed on the following weekdays (with exceptions for bank holidays). During busy campaigns, such as sales, we may make express delivery unavailable. We charge £6.50 for express delivery regardless of the order value.
Pick Up in Store (2-4 Working Days, Tracking 48h) - Free (Not Available)
We also offer a 'Pick up in store' option (48h), which allows you to shop online from the comfort of your home or on the go and then collect your items at one of our stores, saving you the cost of delivery regardless of your order total. You can find more details about our 'Pickup in Store' service here. When you choose our 'Pick up in store' service, delivery is free of charge, no matter the order amount. Please note that delivery times are estimates, and deliveries may take somewhat longer during peak seasons, such as Christmas. We do not dispatch orders on weekends or bank holidays. Once your order is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation with information on how to track the shipment and the tracking number for your order.
Evri 48h (2-5 Working Days, Tracking 48h)

DPD Express Delivery (Next day delivery) - £9.00
To be able to receive your order with our express option, you need to place your order before 2 pm on weekdays (Monday-Friday). Orders placed on weekends (Saturday & Sunday) will be processed on the following weekdays (with exceptions for bank holidays). During busy campaigns such as sale, we may make express delivery unavailable. We charge £9.00 for the express delivery option regardless of the order value.
Where Do You Deliver?
We use Royal Mail, UK Mail, Evri and DHL as our distribution partners, and we deliver to the entire UK, including the Highlands, Offshore Islands, and Northern Ireland, but excluding the Isle of Man.
Please note that British Forces shipments can only be sent via Royal Mail, and you will need to provide a BFPO number for your shipment. This number is typically provided as part of your address.

Delivery Delay
If your order has not arrived within the estimated time of delivery, you may check or track the status of your delivery:
- Check the tracking link in the delivery notification we've sent to you via e-mail
- Check if you have received a notification from our distribution partner
- Contact our Customer Service.
Delivery Address
When you register your order, you will be asked to provide a delivery address. You can also add an alternative delivery address. Unfortunately, we cannot change the delivery address after an order is placed.
What Happens if I'm Not at Home?
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that someone is available at the provided address when the parcel is due for delivery. If you are not at home when our courier attempts delivery, or if the parcel doesn't fit through the letterbox, they will leave a note indicating where you can collect your parcel. You can also check the link from the dispatch day and track the delivery location on the map to schedule a redelivery yourself. Your parcel will be held at the local office for 18 calendar days. Is It Possible to Cancel a Placed Order?
You can request to cancel an order, and we always strive to do our best to prevent the order from being shipped. Please contact our Customer Service as soon as possible. However, it is not always possible to stop an order once it has been placed. If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to follow the guidelines for returning the goods, as outlined in our Return Policy.
I Have Not Received My Confirmation Email After Placing an Order.
Please check your email settings, as the email may have been sent to your spam or trash folder. If you do not find the email or the order information in your account, please contact us.
Can I Track My Order?
Once your order is shipped from our warehouse, we will send you an email to confirm that it's on its way. It should be delivered within the timescale we advertise. Orders are traceable from the moment they are shipped, and you can monitor their progress using the tracking information provided in the delivery confirmation email. Please note that tracking information for standard 48h delivery can sometimes take up to 24 hours to become available.
Damaged or Incorrect Item
At Newbie, we guarantee that each order is inspected before it's sent out to you. However, if a product should arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, you are welcome to file a complaint. In the case of incorrect, damaged, or defective products, please contact Newbie Customer Service within 5 days.
To assist you, we will need the following information:
- Order number
- Product/item number (found on the swing ticket or washing label)
- Photo(s) of the fault.

Missing Item
Our goods are subject to availability. Due to the time delay between when an order is placed and when it is accepted, the stock availability for specific items may change. If an item in your order is missing, please check your emails to see if we have sent you information about an item being out of stock. In the event of items being out of stock, we will send you an email to inform you about this, and no payment for these goods will be taken. The delivery note will specify which items are included in each part of your order. Please review the delivery notes for each part of your order to ensure nothing is missing. If you believe something is missing and have questions, please contact us.
Missing Order
If your order has not arrived within 7 days of your order dispatch date, please contact our Customer Service.
Partial Delivery
Newbie Store does not process partial deliveries. If an item is sold out, it will be canceled from your order, resulting in a credit for the total amount, and it will be removed from your order. In such cases, we will send you an email to inform you about this.
